En SD Supply Chain Talent buscamos un/a Supply Chain Project Management Expert para MANGO, empresa líder global del sector de la moda, para su sede central en Lliça d'Amunt.
Misión:
Impulsar el avance del portfolio de proyectos de Supply Chain, coordinando con los equipos de tecnología y liderando las iniciativas de definición, implantación y seguimiento del Order Management (OMS), asegurando la alineación entre negocio, operaciones y tecnología.
Responsabilidades:
Planificación demanda y capacidades
Diseñar/Implementar/Mantener el S&OP integrando demanda comercial y capacidades logísticas
Dinamizar a los equipos comerciales y logísticos para garantizar la ejecución del plan comercial
Identificar y liderar iniciativas de mejora de capacidad logística y aplanamiento de la demanda
Control de operaciones y costes
Automatizar y profesionalizar la monitorización de los KPIs operativos
Mejorar la visualización de los datos y facilitar la toma de decisiones
Identificar iniciativas de mejora y planes de acción en base a KPIs de coste, servicio y stocks
Dar soporte en el proceso de Budget/Forecast a futuro
Proyectos transversales
Liderar y coordinar proyectos transversales de alto impacto en operaciones (e.g. procesos de devolución y optimización de ubicaciones)
Actuar como enlace entre áreas clave para asegurar ejecución eficiente de iniciativas estratégicas
Promover la adopción de herramientas de inteligencia artificial en el equipo de Supply Chain
Requerimientos:
Formación en ingeniería, ADE, economía o similar
Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en gestión de proyectos, consultoría o roles estratégicos en Supply Chain/ Operaciones
Experiencia en proyectos que impliquen implantación de tecnología (OMS, WMS, ERP o similares)
Capacidad analítica, autónoma y proactiva, habilidades comunicativas, influencia y presentación.
Nivel avanzado de Castellano e inglés (B2+)
Experiencia y conocimiento en herramientas analíticas/ programación (Excel, SQL, Radar, KNIME) y de presentación y visualización (Power Point, Power BI, Looker)
