Solutions & Decisions is looking for a Demand and S&OP Manager for Jumbo Group, a company dedicated to designing and distributing innovative, safe toys. This role is located in Zona Franca, Barcelona.

Mission:

The Demand and S&OP Manager plays a key role within the Supply Chain organization, responsible for driving the forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the Group. The person in the role works closely together with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to consolidate business insights, translate market trends into accurate forecasts, and ensure seamless alignment between demand and supply.

As the company is integrating various Business Units, this role provides a great challenge in harmonizing and standardizing forecasting and S&OP practices across the organization. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Group demand planning and S&OP cycle

• Standardize and improve S&OP processes and workflows to support the company’s growth and integration journey

• Create and improve systems and tools to get the best quality data availability

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate commercial insights and market intelligence into the demand plan

• Build reports and KPI’s to measure forecast accuracy and other performance metrics

• Analyse forecast trends, inventory levels and actual sales on product (group) level, to support improving the overall demand plan

• Manage the demand planning team: 3 people, located in different countries

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years total experience in Planning and at least 2 in Demand Planning roles within an international environment.

• Team-management experience (leading 2-5 people) is preferred, but senior Demand Planner profiles (+5 years) will be considered also.

• ERP working experience (in any of the most standard ones)

• Excel Advanced.

• Fluent in English (C1). Dutch, French, or Spanish languages are a plus.

• Availability to travel (every month, by plane)
